Hi! I’m Kelsey, Founder of The Pepper Way.
For the last 10+ years, I worked in corporate America alongside C-level executives across companies like Facebook, Bloomberg, and Sony. Whether the role was Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Project Manager - I’ve always loved being the girl behind the scenes.
Basically, I’m obsessed with getting stuff done.
Whatever the challenge is, I've always loved helping people find more time to focus ON the business vs. IN the business. I enjoy diving in and looking at all the options to find the best solution to bring ideas to life. There’s a sign in my office that says “Every Wish Can Be Filled” - and as cheesy as it sounds - I believe it!
Raised in Sonoma County, I’ve lived all over - LA, and New York - but now, once again, I call Sonoma County home.

The name “Pepper Way'' comes from the name of my grandma's home.
I’m a dog mom to two chocolate labs (aka my chocolate chunks)
I love ALL things home.
I live in a little 1950s cottage that I’ve spent the last few years renovating. And, even after 3 years, the project list is still longer than I’d like to admit.
